Fate of third man accused in Bolsa triple-murder now in hands of jury

The fate of a man accused of gunning down three people in a Calgary restaurant is now in the hands of a jury.

28-year-old [The accused] is charged with three counts of first-degree murder in the fatal shootings at Bolsa restaurant on New Year’s Day 2009.

An alleged Gang-member, his associate and an innocent bystander were all killed.

Much of the Crown’s case against [The accused] centres on a so-called “Mr. Big” sting operation where [The accused] was the target.
